You can submit a support request directly from the FiestaOn app: go to Profile → Support Center and fill in the form. Attach screenshots to help us resolve your issue faster.
Frequently asked questions

Open the FiestaOn app, browse or search for the event you want to attend, tap it and select the ticket type. Complete the payment securely via Stripe. Your ticket with QR code will appear instantly in the Tickets section of your profile.

Your tickets are in Profile → Tickets. Each ticket shows a unique QR code that the event organizer will scan at the entrance. Make sure your phone screen is at full brightness for a smooth scan.

Refund requests can be submitted up to 24 hours before the event start time. Open the ticket in the app and tap Request Refund. Refunds are reviewed by our team and processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Go to Profile → Switch to Organizer and complete the application form. Our team reviews each application and will notify you by email once approved. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. We will send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

Earnings are visible in real time in the Wallet section of your organizer profile. You can request a withdrawal from 2 hours before your event starts. Funds are transferred to your registered IBAN within 2–5 business days after approval.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data including tickets and purchase history. If you have any pending refunds please contact us at administracion@bookingart.es before deleting.

FiestaOn accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay on supported devices. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
