1. Identification
These Terms govern the use of the FiestaOn mobile application, owned and operated by CANARIAN INSIGHT SL, holder of the brands Bookingart and FiestaOn.

2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FiestaOn, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
3. Service Description
FiestaOn is a platform for:
- Discovering and purchasing tickets for events and parties
- Creating, managing, and promoting events (Organizer mode)
- Scanning QR-coded tickets for event entry verification
4. User Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
- Each user may operate in User mode (discovery & tickets) or Organizer mode (event management)
- Organizer mode requires approval through the application's review process
- You must provide accurate and current information
5. Ticket Purchases and Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- A service fee of 1.50 EUR is applied to each ticket purchase, charged to the buyer
- Ticket prices are set by event organizers
- Upon purchase, a unique QR code is generated for event entry
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the organizer
6. Refund Policy
- Users may request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled event start time
- Refund requests are subject to administrative review and approval
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Service fees are non-refundable
7. Organizer Terms
- Organizers must submit a verified application (brand name, contact info, identity documentation)
- A platform commission of 3% is applied to all ticket sales
- Earnings are held in a digital wallet; withdrawals require a valid IBAN and admin approval
- Funds become available for withdrawal 2 hours before the event start time
- Organizers are solely responsible for their events and compliance with local laws
8. Event Promotion Services
- Organizers may purchase: Featured Event, Top Home placement, and Push Notification campaigns
- Pricing varies based on event capacity (small: up to 50, medium: up to 80, large: 200+)
- Promotional services are cumulative and non-refundable once activated
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users and organizers must not provide false information, use the platform for illegal activities, circumvent payment systems, create fraudulent events, harass other users, or use automated bots.
10. Intellectual Property
FiestaOn, Bookingart, and all associated logos and content are the intellectual property of CANARIAN INSIGHT SL. Users retain ownership of uploaded content and grant FiestaOn a non-exclusive license to display it.
11. Limitation of Liability
FiestaOn acts as an intermediary platform. CANARIAN INSIGHT SL is not responsible for the quality or execution of events. Total liability shall not exceed service fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canary Islands, Spain.

Estos Términos regulan el uso de la aplicación FiestaOn, propiedad y operada por CANARIAN INSIGHT SL, titular de las marcas Bookingart y FiestaOn.

2. Aceptación
Al crear una cuenta o utilizar FiestaOn, usted acepta estos Términos en su totalidad. Si no está de acuerdo, no debe utilizar la aplicación.
3. Descripción del Servicio
- Descubrir y comprar entradas para eventos y fiestas
- Crear, gestionar y promocionar eventos (modo Organizador)
- Escanear entradas con código QR para verificar el acceso
4. Cuentas de Usuario
- Debe tener al menos 16 años para crear una cuenta
- Es responsable de la confidencialidad de sus credenciales
- Puede operar en modo Usuario (descubrimiento y entradas) o modo Organizador (gestión de eventos)
- El modo Organizador requiere aprobación
5. Compras y Pagos
- Todos los pagos se procesan mediante Stripe
- Se aplica una tarifa de servicio de 1,50 EUR por entrada al comprador
- Los precios son fijados por los organizadores
- Se genera un código QR único tras cada compra
6. Política de Reembolso
- Puede solicitar reembolso hasta 24 horas antes del inicio del evento
- Las solicitudes están sujetas a revisión administrativa
- Las tarifas de servicio no son reembolsables
7. Términos para Organizadores
- Se aplica una comisión del 3% sobre todas las ventas de entradas
- Los fondos están disponibles para retiro 2 horas antes del inicio del evento
- Los organizadores son responsables de sus eventos y del cumplimiento de la normativa local
8. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por la ley española. Las disputas se resolverán en los tribunales de las Islas Canarias, España.

4. Account Utente
- Devi avere almeno 16 anni per creare un account
- Sei responsabile della riservatezza delle tue credenziali
- Puoi operare in modalità Utente o modalità Organizzatore (richiede approvazione)
5. Acquisti e Pagamenti
- Tutti i pagamenti sono elaborati tramite Stripe
- Una commissione di servizio di 1,50 EUR è applicata ad ogni acquisto
- I prezzi sono stabiliti dagli organizzatori
- Viene generato un QR code univoco dopo ogni acquisto
6. Politica di Rimborso
- È possibile richiedere rimborso fino a 24 ore prima dell'inizio dell'evento
- Le richieste sono soggette a revisione amministrativa
- Le commissioni di servizio non sono rimborsabili
7. Termini per Organizzatori
- Si applica una commissione di piattaforma del 3% su tutte le vendite
- I fondi sono disponibili per il prelievo 2 ore prima dell'inizio dell'evento
- Gli organizzatori sono responsabili dei propri eventi e del rispetto delle normative locali
8. Legge Applicabile
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge spagnola. Le controversie saranno risolte nei tribunali delle Isole Canarie, Spagna.

3. Описание сервиса
- Поиск и покупка билетов на мероприятия и вечеринки
- Создание, управление и продвижение мероприятий (режим организатора)
- Сканирование QR-кодов билетов для верификации входа
4. Аккаунты пользователей
- Вам должно быть не менее 16 лет для создания аккаунта
- Вы несёте ответственность за конфиденциальность своих данных
- Доступны два режима: Пользователь и Организатор (требует одобрения)
5. Покупки и платежи
- Все платежи обрабатываются через Stripe
- Сервисный сбор 1,50 EUR применяется к каждой покупке билета
- Цены устанавливаются организаторами
- После каждой покупки генерируется уникальный QR-код
6. Политика возврата
- Запрос на возврат можно подать за 24 часа до начала мероприятия
- Запросы рассматриваются административно
- Сервисные сборы не возвращаются
7. Условия для организаторов
- Комиссия платформы составляет 3% от всех продаж
- Средства доступны для вывода за 2 часа до начала мероприятия
- Организаторы несут ответственность за свои мероприятия и соблюдение местного законодательства
8. Применимое право
Настоящие Условия регулируются испанским законодательством. Споры разрешаются в судах Канарских островов, Испания.
